Seager
Welding are able to perform often complex and difficult
repairs and modifications on customer's premises or work location.
We are able to do this by having fully mobile equipment. Our
trucks are fitted with 400 amp welder/generator/compressor
sets mounted onboard. This enables us to carry out arc air
gouging, manual metal arc (stick) welding, flux cored arc
welding, thermic lancing and oxy/fuel gas cutting. |
Trucks
also carry tools for basic fitting and dismantling work.
We
also specialise in broken bolt removal - we haven't been beaten
yet! |

Welding
Processes
The
processes we use are oxy/fuel gas cutting, Plasma cutting,
Arc Air gouging, manual metal arc (stick) welding, flux cored
arc welding (FCAW), metal inert gas welding (MIG), tungsten
inert gas welding (TIG), metal spray welding and thermic lancing.

Steels
We have wide ranging experience of very high tensile and
wear resistant steels used in construction machinery. We are
able to supply cutting edges, bolt and weld on adapters and
tips and wear plate etc.

Siezed
Pins
We are highly skilled in siezed pin removal, using heat,
hydraulic power, arc air gouging, or thermic lancing.

Broken
Bolts
Again, high levels of skill and experience mean that we
have never come across a broken bolt that we could
not remove leaving the threads in the housing/frame etc. intact
and ready for new bolts. This is sometimes achieved even after
others have failed.

Bucket

With
the experience that we have gained over the years, we are
now able to offer high quality and specialist excavator buckets.
Our buckets are built to a very high standard and therefore
are for discerning operators only. We will not produce
the poor quality buckets that come with most excavators as
standard.

Workshop |
Our
workshop equipment includes MIG and TIG welders, plasma cutter,
drilling machines, saws, metalworker and hydraulic press.
Equipment
can be handled with a forklift or with two overhead gantrys.
